Start with 3 dashes of pigment in 8 ounces of plastic. Add more for longer glow. Charge in light for 15 minutes to activate. FOR BEST RESULTS, USE A UV LIGHT TO CHARGE THE GLOW. Glows in the dark for up to an hour. Recharges every time it is exposed to light. Sold by actual weight.
