Works as it should

This is a very good product. I use it on my hardbaits before I paint. With this primer, the paint sticks like glue to the plastic and doesn't peel off. Would give it 5 starts, but price seems high.
You get what you pay for

This stuff isn't cheap, but you definitely get a premium quality product. If I am painting a bunch of cranks, the last thing I need is the paint peeling off. This stuff sticks like glue and draws out the vibrancy of the colors. Try it, you will love it.
