This tool is used to split the plastic body of tube baits for the tails or any other plastic lure parts that call for splitting. Simply lay the bait in the slot, pull on the handle and blades will come down and split the plastic. For best results lubricate the plasti with worm oil prior to splitting. There are 11 blades in the cutter. Blades are replaceable.
